“Held Between Moments” by Elizabeth Harris Art.

“Held Between Moments” is an evocative abstract that captures the tension and beauty found in pause—where movement slows and meaning gathers. Layered textures, circular motifs, and gestural line work intersect across a soft yet complex palette of blush, rose, muted charcoal, warm neutrals, and subtle hints of turquoise.

I was painting this and it truly speaks to my tension. Having a torn meniscus and fractured tibia, being forced to pause. Movement definitely slowed as I sat in a full brace for months healing a fracture. I love painting. I love creating but some days with nothing to do but paint created new challenges and pieces I am happy with.
This piece can add a lovely accent in any room of your home.
