You never know what is going to inspire your next piece of art. Today I am feeling blue. Not sad, or down and out. Maybe a bit melancholy for the warm day here in Palm Desert. My studio is enclosed in four glass walls with the open sky. Lots of glass on each wall and with warm weather it can suck some of your energy. The TV in on in the background with the excitement of the Kentucky Derby. Now you know inspiration for today’s piece. I have uses these colors to spark a total of 12 pieces in various designs. This piece is one of my favorites. As a budding artist it is hard to have a favorite because each piece makes me smile.
As I was bringing in pieces that were drying the wind kicked up and tree blew all kinds of fuzz into my studio. Remember open ceiling. One day when my studio is tidied a bit I will take a picture. As fast the the debris was floating in Gordon was vacuuming. Me quickly bringing each painting inside and carrying like a newborn baby. Gordon vacuuming as it just kept coming down. And as I write this he is back in there vacuuming for the 5th time.
This piece is available in various sizes. I have listed my standard sized with a price. Please note that the digital picture is as close to the colors as the original. There will always be a slight variation.
Each print is a beautiful canvas wrap with an attached sawtooth hook ready to hang. Once you place your order a letter of authenticiy will be emailed to you along with your order. Payment in full is required to place your order.
